Your practice stays yours.
Effective 4 September 2026. This policy describes Clearframe version 1.0.
Clearframe does not upload your interview responses to a Clearframe server.
Data handled by the app
Your name, target role, goals, transcripts and generated practice feedback are stored locally on your device. Clearframe does not sell personal data or use advertising or analytics SDKs.
Microphone and speech recognition
Microphone access is used only when you choose to record a practice answer. Clearframe asks Apple’s Speech framework to convert the recording into an editable transcript and requests on-device recognition when supported. On other supported configurations, Apple’s speech-recognition service may process audio under Apple’s privacy terms. Clearframe does not operate its own transcription server.
Storage and deletion
Your draft and result remain on your device. Choose “Clear this diagnostic and start again” to remove the saved draft and result. Deleting Clearframe removes its locally stored app data.
Purpose and limitations
Clearframe provides automated educational practice guidance. It is not a clinical or speech-pathology assessment, language certification, recruitment decision, migration service or guarantee of employment outcomes.
